This study plan worked wonders for Tina Dabi and it could do for you too. Just remember to tweak it according to your personal likes and aptitude.
|Time||What to do|

|7:30 AM||Newspaper time|
|8:30 AM||Slot 1 of studies|
|9:00 AM – 12:00 PM||Current Affairs time|
|1:00 PM – 2:00 PM||Lunch time|
|2:00 PM – 3:00 PM||Break/leisure|
|3:00 PM – 5:00 PM||Slot 2 of studies|
|5:00 PM – 8:00 PM||Revision time|
|8:00 PM – 9:00 PM||Dinner time|
|9:00 PM – 11:00 PM||Slot 3 of studies|
|11:00 PM – 12:00 AM||Break/leisure|
Tina Dabi has divided the studies time into three slots suitably spread over the day so that you get enough time for studies and leisure. Studying continuously is not recommended as you can get bored and tired easily. It is important to get adequate break time as well so that you can recharge and focus better on studies. Combined with this study plan, you should have a healthy diet and also 7 hours of sleep every day.
Dabi suggests the slot usage as follows:
Slot 1: Big topics (early morning, more energy and focus)
Slot 2: Medium length topics as this is only for 2 hours
Slot 3: Revision of topics studied previously. Dabi recommends revision of topics at least three times.
It is again reiterated that you make suitable changes to this plan to suit your needs and comfort levels. For instance, if you wake up at 6 in the morning, continue doing so by all means. This plan is meant to be an outline, a guide for all those who are finding it a little tough to chart out a plan for themselves.
So, what are you waiting for? Chart your own course and speed away!
